For giving your e-mail communication partners the necessary sense of security you can sign all outgoing e-mails. The outgoing e-mails of your company are explicitly identifiable, the content is resting unaffectedly, and any misuse of sender adresses can be avoided. Before opening the email, the receiver can check if the sender adress is trustworthy. Therefore the modules i-effect^® *CRYPT and *EMAIL are standing at your disposal.

Another way to ease and assure your electronic business communication is the qualified digital signature. Most often, it is used to operate mass signature processes for issuing invoices. The German guidelines for electronic signature surpass the general European guidelines. In Germany, an offical business document can only be replaced by its electronic equivalent under the condition that a qualified digital signature is attached. Therefore special chipcards in combination with the i-effect^® modules *CRYPT and *SIGG can be used.
