menten GmbH takes over its new business premises
menten GmbH takes over its new business premises in Bergisch Gladbach – the development continues in the direction of growth.
On December 5th, 2016, the menten GmbH moved into its new business premises on the Zanders area in Bergisch Gladbach, just a few minutes away from the company’s old location. After the company‘s office was located in the pedestrian area of Bergisch Gladbach for 10 years, it was time for a change. Managing Director Ralph Menten explains the necessity of a move as follows: „Our company strives for steady growth. In recent years, we have been able to strengthen our team with new employees and improved our business structure. With increasing team size and the goal to continue growth in the next few years, the requirements for our business premises and its infrastructure as well as its equipment have also increased. For this reason, we have had to look for a new, suitable office.”
The new office building, which is located at the traditional Gohrsmühle, is a suitable new location for the company due to several factors. In addition to the central location and the spacious office area, the redevelopment of the building was certainly an important argument for the selection of this new workplace of the currently 20 employees of the company. Because of the redevelopment of the building, the office space of more than 700 square meters could be ideally adapted to the needs, requirements and wishes of the EDI specialist. The modern room concept and a technically high-quality furnishing now creates ideal working conditions and ensures a pleasant working environment. The modern and innovative concept divides the premises of the menten GmbH into productive workplaces as well as in rest areas.
In order to have a long-term perspective at the new location and to plan for the future, a few offices and desks of the spacious premises are still free for future growth. This is also reflected in the numerous vacancies of the company, which are to be filled by new employees in the future.
